Make payment through our secure channels. Once received, we immediately process your visa application with the Tourism Council of Bhutan. Your visa is stamped on arrival.

Bhutan Visa Process

As a licensed tour operator, we handle all visa procedures on your behalf. Here's what you need to know:

  • Clear copy of passport (valid for 6+ months)
  • Passport-sized photograph
  • Completed personal information form
  • Travel insurance details (recommended)

Visa processing typically takes 5-7 working days after we receive all required documents and full payment.

Your visa clearance letter will be emailed to you before travel. Present this at check-in and upon arrival at Paro Airport where the visa will be stamped in your passport.

Visa fee of USD 40 is included in your tour package. No additional visa fees are required upon arrival.

Booking FAQ

We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance, especially for peak seasons (March-May, September-November) and festival dates. For last-minute bookings, contact us for availability.

Cancellations made 60+ days before arrival: 90% refund. 30-59 days: 70% refund. 15-29 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. We recommend travel insurance.

Yes, minor modifications can usually be made up to 30 days before arrival. Major changes may affect pricing and availability. Contact your travel consultant for assistance.

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss for your peace of mind.
